About the Practice

Count It All Joy Counseling and Consulting, LLC is a behavioral health and consulting practice dedicated to improving the emotional well-being of individuals, supporting the professional development of mental health clinicians, and helping organizations foster healthier, more resilient workplaces.

Founded by Conchata S. Richards in 2020, the practice combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion. Every service is grounded in evidence-based practices, cultural responsiveness, ethical care, and the belief that healing happens through authentic relationships.

Whether you're seeking individual therapy, clinical supervision, workplace wellness programming, psychoeducational training, or Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, our goal is the same—to provide support that inspires growth, resilience, and hope.

Founder, CEO, & Clinical Director

As a licensed psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, educator, and consultant, I believe healing begins with feeling heard, respected, and understood.

My approach combines evidence-based clinical care with genuine compassion to help individuals navigate grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other emotional challenges.

I also enjoy mentoring future counselors, partnering with organizations to improve workplace mental health, and creating educational experiences that make mental wellness accessible to everyone.
